WEENGZ / YOUR DATA

Privacy policy

Effective 22 September 2026

Weengz is a single-player arcade game operated by Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited and released under the Mythic Motion brand. This policy explains what the game handles and the choices available to you.

1. Information kept on your device

Weengz stores your best distance, music volume, sound-effects volume, and reduced-motion preference in local app storage. For global rankings, the game creates an anonymous Unity Gaming Services player account tied to this installation. Online runs send distance, revives used, elapsed time, taps, can pickups, maximum speed and server-issued run references to Unity Gaming Services to validate and record a score. Offline runs remain local.

The game does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. Your operating system may include app data in a device or cloud backup. Those backups are controlled through your device and account settings, and may restore local data after reinstallation.

Global records and gaming nicknames

Your flyer name, best distance and the number of revives used on that same run are visible to other players in the all-time and weekly leaderboards. Weekly rankings reset on Monday at 00:00 UTC. A generated name is available without creating a username.

When available, Weengz reads your public Game Center nickname on iOS or Google Play Games display name on Android and uses it as your flyer name. You can retry this from Your Profile. Spaces may be replaced with underscores and Unity adds a numeric suffix. Weengz does not receive your Apple or Google password, email address or private store account details through this feature.

Nickname sync does not link or merge game accounts across devices. Reinstalling or moving devices may lose access to the anonymous game profile. Apple and Google operate their gaming-profile services under their own privacy policies.

Unity also processes identifiers, network and diagnostic information needed to operate authentication and online services. We use the online run measurements to maintain rankings and reject implausible submissions. These checks are not a guarantee against cheating.

Support Us purchases

Support Us is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase through the App Store or Google Play, with a US base price of $4.99 and localized pricing. It permanently removes ads and provides one free revive in each run. It is not a subscription. The store shows the price in your currency before purchase and handles payment. We do not receive your card details.

We use RevenueCat to check purchase ownership and support restoration. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user identifier, store transaction and purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, and technical information needed to operate its service. We do not send RevenueCat your leaderboard nickname or Unity player account, and do not enable its optional advertising attribution integrations. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Confirmed ownership is also cached on your device so supporter benefits continue offline. A confirmed refund or revocation can remove the benefits. After reinstalling or changing devices, open Support Us and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same store account. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google accounts.

Deleting your leaderboard guest account does not erase or cancel your store purchase. Purchase records are maintained separately for restoration, refunds and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us for requests concerning purchase data; do not send your password or payment-card details.

2. Advertising and Apple tracking permission

Weengz uses Unity LevelPlay advertising. On iOS, Apple's system tracking prompt may appear when applicable. You can decline tracking and continue playing with ads and optional rewarded revives when available. You can change Apple tracking permission through iOS Settings. The optional Support Us purchase permanently removes ads.

Weengz requests restricted ad treatment for every player and sends Unity its supported opt-out signal for sale or sharing of advertising information. Declining Apple tracking permission restricts tracking under Apple's rules; it does not prevent all data processing by advertising services. Ads may remain unavailable because of connectivity or provider availability, and unavailable ads do not block play.

Unity LevelPlay currently mediates ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. No other ad-network SDK is enabled in the current integration.

Unity, including its LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads services as applicable, may process information such as your IP address, country or approximate location inferred from network information, device identifiers, advertising identifier where available, device model, operating system, language, app identifier, ad delivery and interaction events, session or monetization events, and diagnostics.

This information may be used to deliver, measure and secure ads, limit repetition, detect fraud, produce reporting, and operate the mediation service. Unity's advertising services may process information in other countries and retain it under Unity's policies.

3. How ads appear

Active supporters receive no rewarded or interstitial ads. Their one revive per run is free and uses the same three-second countdown. The following ad behavior applies to players without the Support Us purchase.

A rewarded ad is optional. If one is available after a run, you may choose to watch it for one revive in that run. The revive is granted only after the advertising provider confirms the reward. You can always choose Retry or Main Menu instead.

An occasional interstitial ad may appear only when you leave the Results screen, after a randomly selected interval of three to four completed attempts. A displayed rewarded ad resets that interval. Weengz does not start a rewarded ad automatically after a crash, and unavailable ads do not block offline play.

4. Privacy controls

In Settings, Privacy Policy opens this page. Apple tracking permission is managed through your device's iOS Settings and does not itself remove the rewarded-revive option. To remove your game profile, open Leaderboard, Your Profile, then Delete Guest Account and confirm. This removes its global scores, protected run data and anonymous Unity account. It does not delete your Game Center or Google Play Games profile. The game then stays out of global rankings until you deliberately refresh the leaderboard to join again.

You may also use the privacy control shown inside a Unity ad and your device's advertising privacy settings. Those controls are managed by Unity, Apple, or Google as applicable.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell your Weengz score or settings. Public leaderboard names and records are shared with other players. Unity Gaming Services hosts the anonymous account and online records on our behalf. When an ad is requested or shown, advertising information may be shared within Unity's advertising services and with measurement or service providers described in Unity's policy.

Local Weengz data remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior. All-time records remain until deleted; weekly records reset without archives. Run tickets expire after six hours, and the server retains only a bounded set per player. Deleting the guest account removes its live leaderboard and protected run records. Unity controls the retention periods and privacy-request procedures for information handled by its advertising services. RevenueCat and the stores retain purchase-related records separately for ownership, restoration, refunds and applicable recordkeeping; contact us about purchase-data requests.

6. Children

Weengz is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Because this audience includes minors, Weengz requests child-restricted ad treatment from its supported ad networks for every player. This restricted ad treatment remains in place regardless of Apple tracking permission, and the game does not ask for or store your date of birth. Rewarded ads remain optional. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through an advertising provider, contact us so we can help route the request.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, object to or withdraw consent for processing, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. The in-game deletion control identifies your current anonymous profile automatically. If you no longer have access to that installation, contact us; without a recoverable identifier we may be unable to reliably identify which public record is yours.

Requests about advertising data may require Unity's privacy tools and identifying information available to Unity. See the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and Unity LevelPlay legal resources.

8. This support website

This static support site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, account logins, or a contact form. When you visit, the hosting and network providers necessarily process request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version.

10. Contact and grievances

Questions, privacy requests, and grievances can be sent to support@mythicmotion.in. For users in India, this is also the published grievance contact for Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited.
